While the Covid-19 lockdowns continue to affect businesses and individuals all over the World, singer Edrisah Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo who is currently in Ivory Coast where he had gone to perform, says he cannot survive on Ivory Coast food.
“These people eat things that I have never seen before. I have a sensitive stomach and the food here is not my type.”
Appearing on NBS for an interview, the ‘Semyekozo’ hitmaker said he is still alive up to now due to the fact that he survives on Ugandan food.
“I only survive on Ugandan foods and I am lucky that there’s a lady here who cooks for me,” he said.
About the cooking challenge, we have noticed different celebrities in the World and particularly in Uganda showcasing their skill, however, Kenzo said he can’t cook any type of food since he grew up on the streets.
“I grew up on the streets so I never got the chance to live in a good home where I could learn how to cook,” he confessed.
The only thing Kenzo can attempt to prepare is “Posho, but not perfectly,” he said.
The ‘Tweyagale’ singer also added that he has spent so much during his stay in Ivory Coast.
He said that he is very fine now from the illness that had put him down but not Coronavirus as it had been falsely circulated on Social Media
